Returns and Refunds

After you received the product and are dissatisfied, please reach out to us so that we may issue a replacement or a refund. Every return has to be previously authorized by us in writing via email.

Special orders of non-stock items are non-returnable/refundable. If the merchandise is pre-hung, pre-cut, or altered in a special way for the order to be fulfilled, it is non-returnable/refundable.

In the event of return (or cancelation after the item is shipped) the customer acknowledges that there is a 20% restocking charge of the invoice price. Shipping cost and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, any customer who would like to return or cancel non-damaged products is obligated pay shipping cost for the return.

Any product returned have got to be in re-sellable form, packaging must be the same and/or unopened. In event the merchandise is returned damaged, we hold the authority to not issue a refund or return a portion of the charge to the purchaser. Installation of any products automatically disqualifies client from any refund. 

The client is responsible to inspect the merchandise for accuracy, damage, or defects upon receipt and notify us in writing within 48 hours. Once the client submits the claim along with photographic proof, it takes 5-7 business days for the approval to take place. Once approved, we will need the door slab to be cut in half and a corner piece of the door mailed to us.

Shop items and special orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. All cancellations and change orders are subject to production and/or material charges which have occurred prior to the submission of the cancellation or change request. While we will make every effort to honor cancellation and change requests, an order is considered firm when the order is placed, and the customer is liable for the full price of those orders.

All claims about cooperation, resolved in a court and only on the territory of the State of NY.
